Butterfly Neckace No 1

I'm a sucker for a symbol of transformation--like this butterfly. She's crafted from antique and recycled sterling silver. 

Pendant is about 1.5" wide, 1" high and hangs from a 24" handmade chain.$275

My work is a collaboration between me; the silversmiths who made the antique silver serving pieces decades or a century ago; the vast expanse of time and space that guided these artifacts to my hands; and ultimately, you, the wearer. Together, we are breathing new life into something forgotten.

I think that is f*cking beautiful.
